Bonus & Promotions Policy

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a71 app platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from the a71 app platform without prior written permission.

Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
a71 app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

- Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated dormant. a71 app will attempt to contact the account holder by email before deducting an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month from the dormant balance. Accounts with a zero balance following inactivity may be permanently closed.
- Detection that the account holder is a person under 18 years of age.
- Detection of duplicate account usage by the same individual.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the a71 app support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances and any winnings generated solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Section 10
Amendments to These Terms

When material changes are made, a71 app will endeavour to notify registered players by email to their registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights — may be published without advance notice.
